Originally a 17th-century monastery, the Monastero Santa Rosa Hotel & Spa opened on May 17 on Italy's Amalfi Coast. The five-floor hotel is built into the side of a mountain and has a glass elevator overlooking the Bay of Salerno. It has 20 rooms and suites, a pool, and gardens that lead to a 12th-century chapel. But I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. The prices range from $1,159 a night, all the way up to $3,400. So, you know, being rich would help. Good luck.
